Personal data processing policies

The company Borovka Event sro, with its registered office at Riegrova 51, 370 01 České Budějovice, Company ID: 014 00 690, entered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in České Budějovice, Section C, Insert 21579 (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator") hereby, in accordance with the provisions of Article 12 et seq. of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council effective from 25.5.2018, informs its customers about the processing of their personal data in the event that they use their services.

Personal data

The administrator will process your following personal data:

  • First and last name,
  • address,
  • telephone number,
  • e-mail,
  • in the case of business persons, ID number, VAT number (hereinafter referred to as "personal data")

Purpose of processing

The purpose of processing personal data is to fulfill the legal obligations of the administrator arising from the content of the contract concluded between you as the buyer and the administrator as the seller, and to fulfill the legal obligations of the administrator arising from generally binding legal regulations.

Recipients of personal data

The controller may, in justified cases, transfer personal data processed for the purpose of fulfilling obligations arising from special legal regulations to criminal authorities. The controller may also provide the personal data provided by you to the following entities:

The legal reason here is the fulfillment of obligations under a contract concluded with the data subject and also the legitimate interests of the controller or a third party. Personal data belonging to the group of special categories of personal data are not transferred.

Obligation to provide personal data

It is necessary to provide personal data to the administrator in order to fulfill the rights and obligations arising from the content of the concluded contract.

Processing time

Personal data may be processed by the administrator for the period necessary to fulfill the rights and obligations arising from the concluded contract, or for the period strictly necessary to resolve disputes originating from the concluded contract.

Information to the data subject

Borovka Event sro informs its customers that they have the right to:

  1. obtain confirmation from the Controller whether or not personal data concerning them are being processed and, if so, have the right to access such personal data; and the following information: the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data concerned, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, in particular recipients in third countries or international organisations, the planned period for which the personal data will be stored or, if this cannot be determined, the criteria used to determine this period, the existence of the right to request from the controller the rectification or erasure of personal data concerning the data subject or the restriction of their processing or to object to such processing, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
  2. to have the Controller correct inaccurate personal data concerning them without undue delay. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, they have the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by providing an additional statement.
  3. that the Controller erases personal data concerning them without undue delay, and the Controller is obliged to erase personal data without undue delay if one of the following reasons applies: the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed, the customer withdraws consent and there is no other legal basis for their processing, the personal data have been processed unlawfully, the personal data must be erased to comply with a legal obligation laid down in Union or Member State law to which the Controller is subject.
  4. to have the Administrator restrict the processing of their personal data if they dispute its accuracy for the period of verification of this fact by the Administrator, the processing is unlawful, and the Administrator requests that their processing be restricted instead of deletion, the data are no longer necessary for the purpose of the processing, but I need them for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
  5. that the Administrator, at their request, transfers their personal data to another Administrator designated by them.
  6. to object to the processing of my personal data with the Administrator.
  7. in case of doubts about whether their personal data is being processed by the Administrator in accordance with the above-mentioned legal regulations, contact both the Administrator and the Office for Personal Data Protection
