Complaints Procedure

  1. The Buyer is obliged to inspect the delivered goods without undue delay and inform the Seller of any defects found within 5 days.

  2. The Buyer must notify the Buyer of the detected defects in writing (by e-mail) within 5 days of receipt of the goods. The purchaser must state in the written notification the defects found. Describe what the defects are and how they manifest themselves. The Buyer sends a written notice to the Seller's registered office.

  3. It is necessary to submit a copy of the invoice and proof of delivery and payment of the goods whose defects are claimed.

  4. Seller assumes no responsibility for damage resulting from product operation, performance, and damage resulting from improper use of the product, as well as damage caused by improper handling. Defects of this origin are not covered by the warranty.

  5. The Seller undertakes to inform the Customer at the latest within three days of receiving the claim, about the method of handling the claim.
